Practically put, I can design a clear, compelling, usable website for you that works on all major browsers.
I've worked on websites large and small and I've developed an approach that I apply in one form or another to each project (see below). But everyone can build a website now-a-days, what makes me different?
I don't make websites just so you can have one. We look at the "why" instead of the "how." Websites I build connect with customers, grow your brand and sell your products; not because I have the magic touch but because I build websites that are purposeful.
Making something that people interact with every day is both challenging and rewarding. From the smallest button to the largest form, users should have total confidence in a web interface. At a working level that means an interface needs to be intuitive, have clarity and feel secure. It should be beautiful and simple in its complexity.
The building blocks of this philosophy include a complete understanding of the relationship between the user and the product, proven design principles and professional markup and code. If you use these as guideposts everything else falls into place.
Good advice is invaluable. Not only can it save you money in the short-term, but it also sets you on a correct course for the future. Specifically I consult on design for the web. At the moment, this magnifies itself in one way:
